Christian’s involvement in Mojo Wellbeing is deeply personal. Inspired by his own journey supporting family members through significant mental health challenges, he has seen up close how fragile wellbeing can be, especially for young people growing up in an increasingly stressful world. Those experiences opened his eyes to a painful reality: even in a society that talks about mental health more than ever, the support available is often too late, too limited, and too difficult to access. Watching those he loves most, battle through that gap left a lasting impression — and a sense of responsibility that he could not ignore.

That sense of responsibility is what drew Christian to Mojo Wellbeing. He recognised in its vision a rare opportunity: to build something preventative, accessible, practical, and deeply human. Something that could help people before they reach breaking point. Something that could empower young people and families to understand themselves better, strengthen their resilience, and discover the “superpowers” they never knew they had. In joining Andy, the founder, Christian is helping to shape a movement with the potential for generational impact.

Professionally, Christian brings decades of experience as a senior leader in business improvement, transformation, and organisational performance. He has spent his career helping organisations navigate complexity, adapt to change, and build cultures that bring out the best in people. This blend of strategic thinking and deep empathy is central to how he approaches Mojo Wellbeing: not simply as a pair of hands, but as a custodian of its purpose.

Beyond his professional expertise, Christian brings something rarer — a quietly powerful presence anchored in care, humility, and depth. He believes in the strength of communities, the importance of connection, and the transformative impact that comes when people feel safe enough to be themselves. His guiding philosophy is simple: wellbeing is not a luxury, and no one should have to navigate their hardest moments alone.

Christian’s role with Mojo Wellbeing is here to help build something that strengthens lives, families, and communities; something that leaves the world better than we found it. Through his contribution, Mojo Wellbeing is becoming not just a platform, but a hopeful pathway — one that helps people understand where they are, where they want to be, and how to become the fullest version of themselves.

For Christian, this is more than a project. It is a promise.
